Service & Repair Notice

Repairs & Setup

We’re currently only offering restringing and setup services for guitars and basses.

To ensure we can give each instrument the time and attention it deserves, we’re currently unable to accept drop-in repairs or general service work.

Warranty repairs are, of course, always welcome.

For simpler repair requests, please send us an email at service@andreassonmusik.se before bringing your instrument in. We’ll be happy to have a look at your request and let you know if it’s something we’re able to help you with.

Workshop Information

Products purchased in-store that are covered by warranty will be handled through the appropriate supplier for repair or replacement.

Roland and Yamaha equipment is serviced by TV Trim, and guitar amplifiers are repaired by Current Repair Shop.

If a product requires specialized service beyond our workshop scope, we will ensure it is directed to the appropriate authorized service provider
